Minions Paradise Sunscreen Lotion SPF 50, 8 oz

I almost never give 5 stars unless the product is better than any that I have tried and I have no reservations about buying more. My skin easily burns and is sensitive to many lotions. This sunscreen solves both issues. I recently spent 5 days in direct hot sun and my face never burned. Keep in mind I apply very liberally and let sink in for 10 minutes or so before rubbing in. There is almost no odor and it has never caused a reaction with my skin as other sunscreens have. The best part is the price. A bonus is its high rating in Consumer Reports and its verified SPF rating.

We purchased this last year and loved it! However, the product we received this year is kind of gross. Even with extensive shaking, the product is separated. Our produce from a year ago is still not like this.

The mix of ingredients listed in the Amazon page is NOT accurate. The five active ingredients in the product I received have different concentrations. The listing shows:"Active Ingredients: Avobenzone (3.0%), Homosalate (13.0%), Octisalate (5.0%), Octocrylene (7.0%), Oxybenzone (4.0%)" The shipped product shows 2.8%, 4.9%, 7.1%, 4.9%, and 9.5% respectively.

I order two. They both had minions on them, not that that was a concern for me. They both did very nicely as sunscreen, better than any other brand I've tried. I am very pale and burn very easily and regularly. I have not yet been able to test the waterproof part, but I used this sunscreen while walking around at an outdoor festival all day, when I would normally get burned, even with other sunscreens, and with only three total applications for the day (about 6 hours) and sweating in 90+ degree heat with no cloud cover, I did not get burned at all. I ordered two of these at the end of August of 2017, one has an expiration date of 3/18 and the other of 4/18. This is the reason for losing one star. Although I'm happy that they are still good, they will be expired before the start of next summer, when they were purchased at the very end of this summer.

The sunscreen is ok but you had better look closely at the expiration dates when you receive it. I got some in April. Did not need it then so only looked at the expiration dates tonight. One was expiring in May and the other likely expired in March, but date was partly covered by a black mark. Since I had my third skin cancer removal last month, I'm sensitive about this issue. In the future, I will not be buying sunscreen from Amazon. There's no way Amazon can monitor its seller on issues like this. I did provide seller feedback and it was very negative.

I found out about this sunscreen while researching the best brands online. This was the one recommend and I can see why. It is the best sunscreen I have found yet. I have super sensitive skin and will burn in the sun after just a few minutes. When I use this I have no problems with sun burns.I do apply it about every hour or so if I get in the water, but it sticks well when you aren't in the water. I won't use any other sunscreen.

My child daycare noticed that the expiration date is Apr 2018. I bought it in September 2017. Totally not worth it. Im extremely disappointed.

I really wanted to like this sunblock it is top-rated, but it gave my little one a bumpy red rash everywhere I applied it. No fault of the seller of course. Delivery was great however.
