RapidX X5 Car Charger with 5 USB Ports for iPhone and Android - Blue

I bought this as a gift for my wife because her RAV4 only had a car charger connection in the very back of the vehicle for my daughter to use when travelling. This gadget is great. It has 2 USB connections in the front then a cord connected to 3 USB ports that is long enough to run to the back seat and provide a place for everybody to charge their devices. The added benefit of this was where the ports in the front are located. They are on top of the charger instead of the front. This ended up being perfect for my wife's car because other chargers made it difficult to use the cup holder due to the cord sticking out of the front. This solved that problem. All-in-all I highly recommend this for those with frequent passengers who sit in the back.

My husband, kids, and I take a road trip to visit my side of the family once a year. All four of us have electronic devices that we use all, or nearly all, of the time that we spend in the car--for navigation, music, game playing, reading, as a mobile hotspot, or just for e-mailing or making calls. This baby keeps all our devices charged up and ready for anything. I love that the kids have their own hub to plug into in the back seat, too. No need to buy additional, extra-long cables!

Good product

This item worked for 6 days and then will no longer charge anything. I did not abuse the device, I had it plugged into the vehicle to charge a phone and iPad. The charger worked and then it just no longer produced a charge. A horrible waste of money.An update - I contacted customer support and the item was replaced with just a few easy steps. I have used the new charger for a couple of days and it works fine. I am very hopeful it will last longer but I must say that the customer support was excellent and I am very pleased with the outcome.

Get for car allowing wires to be underseat and out of sight both front and back. Cables generously long. No problems after years of use!

The problem with this product is that it’s not really set up to be used in your vehicle comfortably it’s cumbersome and there’s no real way to control where the court is going. There are definitely less cheaper but better products on the market.

This definitely is a rapid charger and with a family of six and multiple devices per person, we loved the extension to the rear seats.With each device that got plugged in, the charger slowed down. With five devices, it definitely still charged all five, but none were "fast charging" anymore. We were fine with that. We just wanted to keep devices charged up so our cell phone cameras worked all day long as we were taking pictures through the Badlands and other sites where we frequently got out of the car for extended times for photos and then we'd add some charge to the batteries in between the stops.

Bought when I was driving Uber. Worked well for multiple passengers with multiple charger types and did not blow a fuse, even with 4 charges plugged in. Now, with just the family, same experience. Plus, it has a nice long cord that can reach to the back seat for use by those with a short charging cord. Great item and works as it should.
