Product came quite fast and was exactly what I ordered. Good coffee

I don't usually make instant coffee but for those times that you can't make brewed coffee, this will do. I had a blackout of electric power for four days but I had coffee because of this item. What is great about this item is it can be made hot or cold and still taste great, plus you can determine how strong you want the coffee. (Naturally, an iced coffee calls for a stronger brew because of the ice added.) There's is a sweetener already in the mix so you won't need to add unless you are the type to oversweeten coffee. Take it from someone who prefers brewed coffee over instant, this product tastes great even hot.

I got this at a store to try and instantly fell in love. I am a huge starbucks fan but we all know the price can be a bit much to have it on the daily. This gives me my cup of happy at a decent price. I have this set to subscribe and save so I never run out. Unfortunately they have been out of stock the past two months so I’ve been getting it elsewhere but that isn’t the products fault which is why I didn’t take any stars away.

I live where it is warm year round and so I tend to drink iced beverages. Unfortunately, the local Starbucks do not sell this VIA Instant Iced Coffee during the Fall/Winter (even though it is still warm here). I guess corporate keeps all the stores on the same product schedule without giving thought to the unique needs of each location. Anyway, thank goodness I found this product online and it is a monthly order. Happily, I've never had it go out of stock on me over the past 1.5 years I've been buying it.

We have done subscribe and save on this item for about a year now. I absolutely love this coffee. And I know mistakes are made but when you only receive 3 out of the 5 that you subscribe to and get charged full price, equals not happy customer.

I love this coffee. No it's not diet friendly but it is delicious and i fix it whenever i have a long drive. Its so easy to ust empty a stick and a bottle of water into my travel cup and you are on your way. It's fast and easy . I fix another one about half way through my 12 hour drive and it gives me that caffeine lift that i need to not get sleepy

This arrived defective with powder all over the place. It looks like the seller combined loose packets together and put them into a random 5-pack Starbucks VIA box. The box was for a 5-pack and not a 6-pack as shown in the picture of the nutritional facts that are supposedly from the back. Very deceptive advertising pictures and frankly concerning way (cobbling together loose packets like this) to sell these types of products.EDIT: Worse still, Amazon apparently will not allow you to return. Total scam.

After decades in the Marines, it wasn't until my husband was getting out that he decided to start stealing my coffee. Well, of course that's not a thing that would be happening. Therefore I started buying him these! He stops less at the gas station or drive through now which is great for the bank account lol. I checked prices all over, and Amazon seems to be the cheapest with the pantry order.
