How do you fill it with air

Pre-Charged Pneumatic airguns like the AirSaber Elite X2 require a source of high pressure air to fill the on-board tank. There are special high pressure hand pumps that can be used for this but most shooters prefer electric high-pressure pumps such as the Umarex ReadyAir or an Air Venturi high pressure pump model. Alternatively there are some paintball and dive shops that have the capacity to fill these tanks for a small fee. If using this route, purchasing a larger reservior tank to top off the rifle at home would be optimal. I don't understand How this thing is powered and the answers here aren't helping me? Also? How's the accuracy my interest in this won't last very long

So, after hours of attempting sighting in I was frustrated. Low and behold accuracy did not come for me until I realized that the reservoir must be have more than 2500 lbs. 2000 will NOT cut it. Also, I would recommend high pressure air tank, just like the air soft guns use, can be purchased at Walmart. Don’t get the bicycle pump, unless your looking for a work out. After all that, this thing is awesome!

If you choose so can you shoot a single arrow and not 2?

Yes. This product only shoots one arrow at a time. We do have a single barrel version called the AirSaber.
