I was recommended this by my pt. And am so glad I ordered the brand he recommended. I read other reviews of being uncomfortable. I wear mine to give me stability and relief for my lower back pain. It does help. And with the extra tension pully, it really gives you a squeeze and keeps my spine in place.

I bought this brace to use every day. While it does offer some support and comfort, it isn't as effective as the larger Aspen braces. If you have Scoliosis in addition to other back problems, this brace is not for you.

I'm a small adult female and this Aspen (Pro) Lumbar brace is more narrow in fit which is perfect for children and small adults. I was prescribed the Aspen Pro size XS after back surgery in 2015 so I respect the Aspen brand. I just bought Aspen Lumbar size M with same waist size as Pro XS. Lumbar M, less expensive, better fit.

I like the support part, but I'm only a 119 lbs and the medium wasn't large enough!

I just order one of these to supplement the hard back brace supplied by my surgeon. The sizes Amazon lists are completely incorrect. The Medium is 31 to 36 inches, and the Large is 36 to 42 inches. I have attached a picture of my Aspen device's box. The Medium size brace wouldn't even fit around my 30 inch waist.
