Peanut butter is not a one trick pony anymore!
Y'know how there's a million different mustards on the shelf, but only one ketchup? Peanut butter has been the same way until now; crunchy and smooth are no longer your only options.I originally bought this at a craft fair in Denver, but when I told the guy I was flying he said they might not let me carry it on the plane. He reversed the sale and suggested purchasing through his website. That interaction impressed me enough to actually remember and follow through with my purchase once I returned home (albeit on Amazon). The Royal Moghul is really good; some spice and a coconut flavor. I'm gonna order the Mardi Gras next; that one had some cajun/blackened type flavors with a bit more kick in the spice dept. The Ceylon was confusing to me because I was expecting cinnamon (Ceylon is a type of cinnamon). However, he informed me that Ceylon is, here, a reference to an Indian city rather than the cinnamon. The Ceylon Ceylon is actually a honey peanut butter and still yummy. The last thing I made with the Royal Moghul was a breakfast sammich (mcmufin-style) with egg, strawberry jam and this p.b. it was pretty delicious.

Fantastic peanut butter
Fantastic peanut butter...used it in a Thai inspired stir fry and got rave reviews! Added some coconut milk and other seasonings but the star was the peanut butter.
