Great set--chain is strong and shows absolutely no sign of coming apart. I got the 2.5mm version and would advise others interested in this size to invest is some small/thin jump rings like the ones included (though the ones included are a little bit easier to bend than I had hoped, they do seem like they'll stand up to day-to-day wear just fine; not certain what gauge they are). I bought a variety set of 18 gauge jump rings here on Amazon and they absolutely will not fit in any portion of the chain so long as it has two other links within it. However, if you attach the 18 gauge jump rings to the very ends of the chain, where it's cut and only attached to one other link, it is possible to get the ring in. The fit is TIGHT and a bit of a hassle to get in, but it works well and looks fine. I'm running out of the chain a bit faster than I anticipated, but I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this again!

Exactly what I was looking for. It's a fine chain, think small, but perfect for making durable cat toys without the frailty of string.

This is the second time I've purchased this chain and while it's lovely, strong and perfect for my business, this is also the second time I've gotten spliced together chain.Once is a fluke but I ordered 33ft of uninterrupted chain. Even worse, about 3 inches of chain on either side of the ring are dull and unpolished so I can't even try to joing those chains myself.Going to go with another brand.

Very easy to work with. It’s my first time trying to make a necklace, the chain was so easy to use and assemble. And a child had worn this for the past two months and it has not broke.

I've had some necklaces I love but have neglected to wear because their lengths just weren't quite to my liking. After procrastinating for a good while, I finally caved and bought this item off Amazon.I can't believe I waited so long! This is such a great value - I was able to fix all of my necklaces and it even includes the mini hooks and clasps. After fixing my few necklaces, I still have plenty of chain leftover that I just set aside in my arts & crafts box.My necklaces look great, fit better than ever, and the most important part to me is that the chain stays silver. Since it's a stainless steel chain, I have no doubt that it will and so far so good! This was a great purchase.

The chain seems strong. I was not able to break it with bare hands and pulling very hard it is shiny and the links are a nice size. My biggest complaint is it comes in a bag just looped on a small bit of cardboard so as soon as I try to unpackage it it became very knotted. And it took about 20 minutes to untangle it and wrap it around a spool from a previous order of chain. It's very frustrating to have to deal with just a package of loose chain tied at the top of the bit of cardboard. But other than that the chain is good.

Great chains, i got the 1.5mm and the 2mm and i use them to make necklaces. Super strong and very shiney, great value for stainless. The 1.5mm is super tiny and the links can be difficult to work with without magnifying glass and tweezers - looks delicate but still is very strong. I've made several peices with these chains so far and no breakage or tarnish

My mother's fireplace screen chain broke. It was 45 years old and I needed a new chain. Spent about $35 on two fancy chains at a hardware store and they both broke. Went to a jewelry store and tried a couple of their chains. Both broke so I thought about checking with Amazon for a stainless steel chain for jewelry. Got the biggest one I could get to fit into the pulleys and spent a bunch of hours making it work, but the chain was stainless steel so it was not affected by the heat. After 4 months of hot fires, it still works great.
