I have used many tablets of omega 3 but this one is beat among all

Very poor taste and bitter after effects . Stomach gastric issues and bitter aftertaste after consuming the tablet at night

Overpriced... Just because of little addition of d3(200iu) k2(23mcg) per capsuleMuch good and effective options are available...I think unived d3 k2/ithrive d3 k2was the best d3 supplement I ever tried.. Nonetheless you can take seperate d3 k2 with milk or other dairy as well. . .
