This product was a replacement for another magnesium brand. The flavor is good and easy to drink. I would say it is somewhat effective in regulating my bowels. I just need to add a larger scoop to the water to make it more potent if needed.

Only downfall is the quantity that is required, that making you purchase a lot more product. The quality cannot be beat, it's the best product if you're looking for magnesium citrate the flavor is outstanding and the ease-of-use can't be beat.

This Magnesium powder is great. Ever since I have been drinking it I feel so much better. I'm sleeping better, my digestive system is working well and the flavor is very good.

Tried this instead of my normal brand and seems to be doing the same job 👍🏼☺️

This product worked to aid relaxation and sound sleep.

Citrate is less absorbed therfore it's good for encouraging bowel movements.

All good, just measuring spoon doesn't go in nicely.

It does it function but go for no flavour one and add half spoon to a veg juice for make it work properly
