Hello everyone if you’re thinking about purchasing this product like I was before I purchased it you’re making a great choice.. I tested it out while going on my outdoor work out with my sons and let me tell you it makes you sweat in the abdominal, stomach area literally I do however recommend wearing some type of sauna vest or waist trainer as it helps hold the body wrap into place while working out and it DOESN’T SLIDE at all I will use the wrap on my arms & thighs next to see how it works as well I will follow up with this product in about 1 month good luck everyone remember consistency is key.. I’m a very picky shopper and very skeptical about purchasing wrong items but again this one was well worth it you can also purchase clear plastic wrap at the stores as I do especially when I don’t have time to wait on delivery it works the same as well …

Does not work like the description states. It bunches all up in one little area. It doesn’t stay in spot when you put it on your body and there’s no way it melts anything the way it’s crunches on your body. Would not recommend to anybody.!!!! if you wanna try something like this get out your saran wrap from the grocery store it worked the same way

This works really well. Coming from a dedicated fitness person. The people saying it dont work must not understand how to properly use these things. It is gonna roll if u are sweating. Its soft plastic at the end if the day not metal. U have to know how to wrap it or wear a trainer on top to hold it in place. Its definitely ten times better and stronger than a cling wrap which actually painfully rolls because its so thin.

It was really easy to wrap and if you wrap right it definitely gets the job done! I wrap in this then put my trainer on and go to the gym! I also use a sweat stick to enhance the sweat! I about to order another roll now!
