Soft and cute. Daughter loved it. Well made, looks expensive. Well made. It was a hit gift, for a picky kid.

Clients complain that I am muffled constantly. Full charge, extremely difficult to get Jabra support and ordered in April thus outside Amazon return window. If I use my Bose 700 or Bose QC35 zero complaint. I wanted this specifically for the advertising and reviews of blocking external noise. Useless if Clients can't hear me.

These are freat. The range is amazing and the charge lasts a long time. There is a convenient un-mute button on the mic. I am constantly on the phone at work and sometimes my dogs have a mess in the background. I would have to be walking around the house tog et away of the noise, but I did some testing before going live with the Jabra headset and it was nice that the other part that I was calling couldn't hear the noise on the background.I am pleased with the headset.

I have used Jabra products for a few years now and I've always enjoyed their design and functionality. They are industry leaders for very good reasons. This headset stands apart from the pack as being a terrible product, however, and doing some research is showing that the microphone performance is wildly varied but also consistently poor for many users. The microphone provides varying muffled, garbled and robotic sound to the participants on meeting that you attend. If there is any background noise, or you're in a small space, the microphone is almost unusable. Firmware patches are not solving this problem and I've tested out all the modes with little improvement. For a product of this price, and outward quality, this problem is a no-go for any potential buyers. The various feedback from Jabra to the many people with this issue is to send a new headset, but this rarely solves that problem. Jabra needs to solve this problem ASAP because this headset is just a paperweight for now.

I loved the headset until the mic stopped working. Over a month and counting in Jaber to send me a replacement. No updates. No communication. Not a great experience for spending this much on a head set. Boo....

These are great! The over-ear part is soft enough not to cause soreness while still being noise cancelling. The sound is great and I've never sounded so clear in my meetings. These are quite the investment but function really well for work, recreation, etc.

This model has an often faulty microphone (poor contact and eventually mute) and the company doesn't care to extend warranty or recall the faulty units - if you search this model (on youtube, or reddit etc) you will find there is a substantial percentage of users with the same issue. Overpriced, company is predatory and won't help you if you get a bad one.
