Do i have to have that emblem on my wallet?

yes, but i did not even notice it until you mentioned it. very small. Great wallet and very durable and nice softness.

Does this have overly bulky when all card slots are filled ?

No it is not bulky when all the card slots are filled. I bought this in December 2022 for my spouse and he has it completely full. He says that it still closes well, fits in a back pocket of pants just fine and isn't bulky. He is very picky about his wallet styles and has had nothing but good comments.
