I ordered these to use with my Because adult underwear I have found it to be important to make sure these sides fit Into the elastic on the on the underwear to make sure There is no leakage. They give me peace of mind. They don't feel to bulky. The adhesive strength is just enough. I used a different brand Of pad in the because underwear and it did not work as well as buying the same brand To fit better. I am always Seated or in a wheelchair.

Bought this booster pad for my husband. It does hold quite a bit of fluid, though have not tested the 4 cups. Because should consider making a booster incontinence pad designed for men only, as men and women anatomy for urination is quite different. Would love to work for Because in their design department and throw in a few suggestions of offering a booster pad design that would put their product at the top of the marketplace. A few simple modification to this current design would be a big game changer.The amount of absorbent padding is present… just need to tweak the overall design to catch the flow of urine. Think catchers mit.

I need to use two of these pads at night when I go to bed and they still leak by morning. Using them is better than not, but I was hoping only one pad would fix the problem. Maybe a better design?
