Please could one of you lovely peeps tell me, is the strap stiched/attached to the gel pack or is it a seperate item?

Can this product be placed straight onto skin and does it have to go in freezer or in fridge thanks

It advises you use a covering you don’t want freezer burn. I put it into a pillowcase and keep it permanently in the freezer. I use it most days also have one for my hand and that comes with a sleeve which wrays round the hand. Use almost daily
