Good piece of kit for the first aid kit
Use the ice pack for joint issues. Very easy to use, and put ice in. No leaking. Good quality and value for money.

Good product
I used with hot water. It did work to relieve the pain. Did not stay warm for very long. But useful to have. Not used with ice yet

Useful for a fracture
Fractured my ankle, I was doing make shift ice bags. Got this instead and it was really useful and easy to fill and comfortable to use. Essential for a fracture helped a lot with the swelling when I wasn't wearing the boot. Would recommend.

Fantastic quality and so easy to use
This ice pack is the best I have ever used (nurse) it is easy to use robust material that does not leave condensation on the skin it is flexible and can fit around any joint easy to fill and although not advertised freezes inbetween use - it is so easy to use - the large size is brilliant for a man’s knee size wise - thank you

Good quality.
This is the right size for what I needed it for. The material and the whole structure is good quality. Not cheap . The opening is wide enough to fit ice cubes If you wanted and its seals well. Very well made. I would recommend.

BICAREE ice pack, and with unfortunate delivery drivers the let Amazon down.
The BICAREE ice packs are wonderful they are just what I needed thank you. The sad thing is the delivery drivers don't knock on the door and they also don't shut the gate when leaving our house for these reasons the star ratings would've been higher otherwise disappointing.
