our daughter gave me one of these 15 or so years ago, it broke , I hard wired the switch, dropped again finally found this and ordered it it is great I am happy, my wife is happy that is all that counts THANK YOU it works perfectly, it is a great little trimmer

Works great. Has become my favorite trimmer. Takes a single AA battery, which is easy to swap for a rechargeable type. I originally bought it just to travel with but now I use it all of the time. Does not knick my skin even with guard removed. Only two trimmer guards included but gratefully, one was the perfect length. Comfortable to use.

As someone who shaves their head/face once a week, I was looking for what I feel should be easy to find. A trimmer that does all of the following:- Dual voltage (for travel)- Sturdy construction- Good clippers (doesn't leave hair behind)Not that complicated, right? Well, I've looked at the other options on Amazon, including having purchased the Panasonic ER-CA35-K (total piece of crap.) Ultimately, this little guy seems like the best option.Technically it's not dual-voltage, but since it's battery powered it doesn't really matter. The battery lasts me about 4 full-face-shavings, which take about 15-20 minutes each. So if I'm traveling for 2 months I just bring 1 spare AA battery, or buy one. I use Eneloop rechargeables, so battery consumption doesn't really bother me.Some issues:- The clipper surface is pretty narrow, so it takes a lot of "mowing" to get everything. On the flip side, this can give you some extra precision.- There's no good attachment for a "rugged" look. With no guard, you get a very close shave. Closer than most clippers I've used. The next guard up is 1/8", which is pretty long.- The on/off switch is right where your finger rests when you're using it, so you have to be careful with it. It's never been a problem, though.All in all, it's a well built trimmer. It's great if you travel a lot given its size and the fact that it's battery powered. For home use only, though, I'd prefer something bigger with more options.

It arrived packaged and sealed but there was not a blade guard enclosed. I was very disappointed because the reason I bought this was to travel and still have the convenience of a facial hair trimmer without the bulk. The power was not there. I realize this runs on a battery but it was still wimpy. I expected more for the brand name. Not a good value.

A cool-looking, clever design, but I didn't keep it.There's only 2 combs, both of which are short to very-short. If you have a "heavy shadow" type beard, this would work well, but for any more substantial facial hair (like "normal" length for any version of normal), it's just too short.Nice fit in the hand, but it ends up being not much smaller than the popular Other Brands.Other reviewers commented on the positives of it using a single AA battery, but if you've ever had to buy batteries in an resort or other travel setting, you know they can be ridiculously priced. I'd personally prefer rechargeable. Less trash generated, and presumably you have a power source when you travel.Other Thoughts: The head is closed (doesn't pop open for cleaning). Only maintenance necessary is using a drop of machine oil (included) periodically to lubricate the blades.

I had one just like it for years..needed a new one ..it’s light can run for hours on one battery..it’s great for facial hair in and on ears.
