I like almost everything about this product.I love that my spare roll are elevated off the floor, the tray is just right for your phone or a small item. I like the square base and the finish is great and it holds the big sized rolls I prefer.The only drawback is it must be stabilized to tear off the toilet paper otherwise it just continues to unroll. I didn’t detract a star for that because I feel like it is a universal problem. Someone suggested hanging the roll “backwards” that seems to result in either the roll unrolling or only one square tearing off, plus it awkward to reach and aesthetically unpleasant, so no.

This was very well packed, all parts in a custom fitted foam divider. Nothing damaged, no missing parts.Everything went together well. I did note the bolt that held the top tray seemed a little flimsy, but I saw this on previous reviews as well. If it breaks, at least it’s something I can fix. I will update this review if any problems show up.

This tall brass nickel toilet paper holder fits perfectly under our long towels, on the rack above, without touching them! It is exquisite and practical as it holds 4 rolls of toilet paper. 3 on the attached lower upright rack and one on the vertical holder with a knob so the roll doesn’t fall off. It also has a rectangle holder on top to hold your smartphone! Great purchase!
