Is this uscg approved?

I have looked in the description ("see description for details.) There is no mention of USCG or 46 CFR 28 and it certainly is not shown on any of the "descriptive" pictures. I have to assume that >this is NOT< an approved throwable Type IV PDF. I'm going to look at other options, specifically Taylor Made 364 or the Cal June Approved Ring Bouy, 24". The Cal June clearly shows the approval rating in a photo for the item.
