The sensors to detect ambient brightness are very sensitive.The brightness is neither too soft to see around nor too strong to stop me from sleeping.For the energy efficiency and save money part, I don't think I can even notice by working with such a small lamp in the power bill.Maybe for a long run, I wish I can notice it and update my review later.So far, it worked as I expect, another thing I am not sure is that how long it can survive.I will update it later on for others can use it as a reference.

I have a couple night lights and this is by the far the best. The light blue color light makes the room very warm and calm. I put one in the bathroom because it provides enough light with out hurting the eyes.

Love it!!! The best nigth light!!

They are strategically placed throughout my apartment and they are bright enough to light up where needee but not so bright as to keep me awake. They have a beautiful glow.
