No. And the “authentic” one isn’t good either. Don’t trust their site. Just google “bleame review” and see for yourself.

Is this the same one as the website? It's 39$ for one on the website so why is it cheaper here??

I bought it here on Amazon and put a review since the product was chipped and cut my leg really bad, about 6 inches. I realized that this product is not the original one, this one is fake. You can only get the Bleame products on their web page. That's why it is cheaper here but dangerous.

How do I clean it without nothing getting stuck to it

You can use warm water, no soap, just run it under warm water. Good luck, this ripped my skin and now I have severe Razor burns, not even Razor bumps...

How often does it need to be replaced?
