I used this same thing at physical therapy, so I got this for home workouts. The foam is holding up well with daily use. There are plenty of core strengthening exercises that can be done on this. My favorite is holding a 10 lb kettlebell in one hand just dangling down to your side and raising knees alternating like marching in place, 20 reps and then switch to the other arm for 20 more.

Great for PT and balance. Hard to clean we'd recommend using a towel on top for longer wear. Shipping took a long time. Hope it works for your needs.

This pad is big enough to stand on with my feet in tandem if I go from corner to corner. It provides uniform support until very close to the edge — closer than I would expect; much closer than foam rubber would. It looks very professional — betcha my physical therapist uses the same brand. (That's just a wild guess.)

This is a semi soft firm Block perfect for yoga, kneeling, doing exercise exercises on floor with knees in my case. Not some crap memory foam that never works. This is a dense foam and actually gives cushion and remains foamy and sponges right back to original height. No noticeable odor seems to be holding up in the several months I’ve had it. And the color seems to remain intact, even if wet and sweaty.
