Q: how do I get in touch with the seller? I just installed mine and I cant get the tilt to stay at 0*. It keeps sagging and its really annoying.

While I don't have an answer about how to get in touch with the seller, I can tell you that mine did the same when I first got it, and then a few weeks later - it stopped. I can't tell you why, only that it no longer tilts on its own.

Q: The upper arm does not fit into the lower arm. What am I doing wrong? I can't make it work.

You have to force it. It won’t pop in easily but once you put enough pressure it should fit

Q: Can this be used to mount a 32 inch TV?

You’ll have to check the back of the tv to see if it has standard 4-screw mounting holes. I’m pretty sure it will handle the weight, but not all TVs have that mounting set up.

Q: Can this mount ram hold a EX3501R ?

Assuming you are referring to BenQ EX3501R 35 ... It technically can because the EX3501R does not exceed 35" and it only weighs ‎22.9 pounds. Which the mount can hold up to 30 lbs. However, what I am seeing is that the BenQ EX3501R is not VESA compatible. Therefore you'll need to find one that works with the EX3501R OR buy a VESA adapter so that you can mount it to this.
