Do they make a wallmount handle bag frame for these small tshirt bags?

What is capacity of weight of bag? Need a bag to hold at least one pound or more

they'll hold a pound. I use them for poop bags much cheaper than the pet store only problem is they are slightly to small for the pooper scooper, they work but 10% bigger and they'd be perfect. Bought large size last time and felt they were kind of a waste too much extra plastic.
