Great laptop at a great price

Pretty, but total crap
This is a handsome laptop. But that's where the value ends. I've never owned a computer I hate as much as this one. It's sad because I've had some excellent experience with Dell laptops. This one bears no resemblance to my previous Dells. First off, the sound is, hands-down, the worst I've ever heard-even with my expensive external speakers and sub-woofer. Total crap. The Bluetooth is highly undependable. I bought a Microsoft mouse to use with it. It forgets the mouse. The last time, it refused to find it. I had to buy another mouse! And to add injury to insult, the power button is precisely in the wrong place. When I reach for it, I hit the power button, and it goes dark. Just plain bad design. I will most definitely think long and hard before ever buying another Dell laptop--unless Dell wants to contact me and make this right.
