You should be able to. Depending on how you set it up. Well actually you can just put both panels. Wait again it depends are you installing in toba window regular size or like a door size I think vertically you can horizontally you can too but it will be a little challenging because they'll have to stack on top of each other. If it's a one hose portable AC then it should, the hoses are standardized and there's choices for either a 5.1 or 5.9 hose connection. The "Duo" in that AC's name makes me want to warn you though, if your portable AC has two hoses it won't work. It's made for one hose units so there's only one hose connection plate, the other plates are solid
