I was pleasantly surprised at this pair of shelves. They're solid, have a nice dark brown color (with matching dark brackets), and hold plenty of weight for their size. Mounting them was straightforward and everything went together well. It also includes spare screws and drywall anchors.The only drawback (and a relatively minor one) was the quality of the drywall anchors. Two of them broke as I was trying to install them, so I had to supply one of my own. If I hadn't had any on hand it would have delayed installation, so plan accordingly.

I bought these shelves to go in my living room next to the TV. Originally I had a large bookshelf & it seemed too crowded. I love the simple look of these with the slightest detail from the L brackets to give a clean look. Putting these shelves together was easy! The only set back I found was it's so much easier with 2 people to hang the shelves. I was able to hang 1 myself but I was breaking a sweat while doing it so I decided to wait for my husband to get home to help with the second one. We live in an apartment so I ended up using my dad's stud finder to see which installation method would be best. I didn't have any studs in the spot I wanted to put them so the plastic anchors that came with the shelves were a life saver! They are so sturdy once fully screwed into the wall. I love these shelves & I am going to buy another set for the other side of the TV! Highly recommend!!

Easy assembly and very sturdy sheetrock anchors. The shelves look really good also.

It can carry all my books. The material is pretty but the wood should not get wet. Use a wood cleaner cuz It gets dirty really fast.
