Hello, yes, this product is indeed kosher but I don´t think it has the Chabad Heksher.

If these got frozen during shipping, are they still safe to eat?

I do not believe they are ever frozen. They have a shelf life of at least a year. I order them all the time. They are a favorite of mine.

IMHO, THIS ONE is much better. Tasty Bite’s palak paneer is both watery and less flavorful.
