I don’t think so. It’s a simple matter of clicking a button to change the speed setting. I’ve not had a reason to worry about the speed, so I’d suggest reaching out to customer service, they are excellent at responding.

I'm not so sure they sell a key for it. They should.... But for some reason I think that key is just for show. Meaning that maybe any key that can fit might do the trick. Try that first if not then try to contact the company. Hope this helps.
