Robo-Pong 2040+ Table Tennis Robot

It is just like the description.it was my husband's Christmas gift.It works perfectly.It was easy to ensemble.It is portable, but heavy to carry on.

The machine is good; however, to adjust the spin (backspin, topspin, etc.), you have to manually do this through the head unit. These should be added to the control panel so that it can be adjusted electronically.

You need one for self-practice after the class. The product performs as described. So far so good.

Very fragile product.. the head stopped working by itself after a few months of use.. and even though in warranty they wouldnt replace. they just sent some spare parts ans diy instructions that never work.Pretty poor product for the price

The robot works great! I have owned it for some years now and finally decided to write a review. It has significantly improved my game. Plus, the ability to practice anytime, without a partner, is really good. When set on high frequency and speed, it provides an aerobic workout equivalent to my standard 5K training run and is much more fun.

Easy to install and use. Fit most of the cases (various modes with different spins and serving angles) but at this price, I expect it should support the server the ball to a random angle with random speed and spin. The tray does not stay on a level very good

I purchased my Newgy 2040 robot used at least 5 years ago and have used it many hours. I estimate my machine is probably 10 years old and it still work perfectly. I have had to replace a few parts which I have ordered from the company for a very reasonable cost. The other reviewer said his unit did not work out of the box which could be because he had the wrong size balls. Prior to 2000 ping pong balls were 38 mm and whenever my Newgy encountered one it would get stuck as the machine is designed for 40 mm balls.I would recommend this machine and think the customer support is excellent as well.

Ever since I received this ping pong robot, the device would spew white particles over the ping pong table. After many e-mails to the Seller, I sent back the robot and received my money back. As another note, the analog remote control has a feature that I do NOT like. After turning on the machine and playing a round of ping pong with the machine, I would turn off the machine to pick up any loose balls. The Seller advised me that I SHOULD not turn on the machine with the settings in place from the previous session. Instead, the Seller told me that I should turn OFF all of the settings before turning the machine back on, then reset the various settings of the machine. I find this feature inconsistent with the idea of training since I am forced to turn the settings to where they were previously while the robot is shooting balls across the table.
