This cable allows you to be out and travel, charging your portable oxygen tank in the car rather than being limited to the capacity of what's in the canister. It is a game changer. Very reasonable price to gain back some of your freedom.

We purchased this product for our Inogen one G3. We were out in the country when her battery got low. We plugged in the cable and it did not work. I’m an electrical engineer. I discovered that the wires are too small gauge and too long to carry the required current. That’s a high current required to charge the Imogen. The resistance is too high and the delivered voltage is too low. This cable is a danger to peoples lives because it was built small and cheaply. Do not risk your life purchasing this cable. We made it home safely and I purchased a heavier cable that works just fine. By the way, this cable does work to charge it as long as she’s not currently using it.

I already had a car charger for my Inogen G3, but since I can't risk being without one, I got this as a backup. It charges just as quickly as my OEM one that I got from Inogen. Best of all, the cord is a bit longer than on the original Inogen car charger. It is not so long as to interfere with front seat passengers, but is long enough to use the Inogen in the back seat of a car. That is a game changer.

Simple, general-purpose adapter from an automotive cigarette-lighter socket to a 5.5mm x 2.5mm barrel jack. It comes with a spare 10A electronics type (as opposed to automotive type) inline fuse, and a 90-degrees barrel jack short extension. I would not run it at full capacity for any extended period of time. Quality is OK.
