Betaine Hydrochloride is really an underrated supplement. So many individuals take an antacid for heart burn yet don't understand the underlying issues. I've had acid reflux and regurgitation issues and only recently turned to Betaine Hydrochloride. I take Betaine Hydrochlorid before a meal and I'm good. No issues, regardless of the type of foods I eat. Note: These are a low dose 400 mg capsule. You need to take 3 to get any benefit, but a least you have options. The cost is around $0.16 per gram, making this a very reasonable supplement.

Help a little bit here and there just start taking it so not sure how it’s gonna work in the long run

Great for some that die the criteria of its benefits but In my case searching for homeopathic alternatives to tackle my own ailments, this was a miss…..at least so far.It says to give it a month and it’s only been two weeks so, maybe?I’ll update but as of now 9/22/24 it’s a ???
