May fit a Surron, but not a Talaria
In the title, it says this is for the battery cover for Surron and Talaria. It definitely will not fit a Talaria MX3 or MX4. On the Surron, it should fit as the battery cover has a pass through whereas the Talaria doesn't. The strap isn't long enough for the Talaria. But, instead of sending it back, I took some heavy duty velcro and placed one piece on the backside of the bag, and the other piece on top of my front fender, and wrapped the strap around the fender as tight as I could get it. It seems to hold well there and gives me a place to hold extra tools, patch kits and tie wire just incase I need something in the backcountry. Giving it 3 stars as I did find a use for it. But other than that, it doesn't fit as advertised.

Quality
Just open this and found it like this, I’m not knocking the product yet, as it is cheap to begin with but that doesn’t mean it should be defective. I’m not sure how to contact the manufacturer so I figured I’d just write a review. We’ll see how it holds up but I’m not willing to play Russian Roulette with my time and money with returns to possibly get another defective one. You get what you pay for.

Cheaply made and doesnt fit talaria sting r 2023
Does Not fit on battery cover i ended up mounting it on the frame but I doubt ill trust it with any real weight in it.

Cheaply made
It tore the moment I tried to put a waterbottle in the front. The strings are like shoelaces, they're not flexible. Neither is the material they are looped through. It was like plastic paper. This design was perfect, but the execution was terrible. It did fit exactly as I would've hoped for my talaria xxx so the disappointment is real.
