Nada más que no utilicen el correobpara esos paquetes
Muy buena calidad con el producto estoy contenta pero el servicio de entrega estuvo muy mal la mandaron con el correo y muy mal cartero la aventó desde la sera sin importar si traía cosas que se pueden romper mi opinión es que para esas cosas deberían de tener más precaución de no utilizar el correo para esos paquetes gracias

A lot of value
I bought this Chromebook to replace my wife's larger computer that had a failing screen. She uses her computer only for the web and email (also on the web).This was a great value for less than $200. The machine is quite a bit smaller and lighter than her old one. The screen is only 1" smaller, but battery life is MUCH better at 12 hours. I'd say it is close to twice as good as her old one.She doesn't use the touchscreen feature or the ability to treat it as a tablet, but I tested both of them and found them to work well.Highest rating for someone in need of a handy Chromebook.

Tracker pad is not working
The tracker pad is not consistently working. I have done trouble shooting several times and have been able to fix the issue but it continues to happen

Piece of junk wouldn't charge!
I loved the size and the touch screen. But if you can't charge it what good is any of it. Bought new cords and still wouldn't charge. Don't buy refurbish, they are junk!

The media could not be loaded. nose porke son tan mentirosos en la publicación dise es es de 14 pulgadas pero nisikiera tiene 13 son unos aprovechados ami siempre me agistado aser pedido pero esta vez si le me enojaron por tramposos no tienen ke ser asi😡😡
