Used with Potassium Metabisulfite tablets and have had no issues with re-fermentation when back sweetening mead. Have only made 4 batches so far using Potassium Sorbate and Potassium Metabisulfite so my experience is limited but so far would recommend to anyone wanting to prevent re-fermentation.
