Horbäach Magnesium 500mg | 180 Caplets | Vegetarian, Non-GMO, and Gluten Free Supplement

I usually take 500 mg magnesium oxide when I need to get the bowels moving again. My local store stopped carrying those so I found these 250 mg caplets. I love the small size of the coated caplet, so much easier to swallow. And more economical than the 500 mg I used to get. The seems to be a good brand, committed to quality, have used other products by them.

As far as I can tell they work. I don't get cramps anymore at night. Or during a day. But remember to drink a lot of water too. LOL

i simply cant get over the cost effectiveness and quality of Horbaach supplments, and this magnesium supplement is no exception.

The front of the bottle says 500mg per serving. But when you look at the back one serving is 2 pills. So each pill is only 250mg. I wanted 1 pill to equal 500 mg. I can get 250 mg each pill by nature made a lot less expensive. But with these be sure to read the small print. Most vitamins I get say how many mg on the front per pill. This one is a little confusing.

Magnesium that is easily absorbed and helps you sleep. Just the right size pill for the amount of magnesium contained. Helped with leg cramps and getting to sleep. I love this brand and will continue to purchase because they use high quality ingredients and the brand is trustworthy.

Smaller size makes it easy to swallow.
