Got this for my daughter for her severe menstrual cramps. Works wonders!! Excellent pain relief! Really helps to make her feel comfortable. Massage works great and heat is very comforting. Not too hot. Fits well with adjustable strap (she used to walk around carrying a heating pad). :( Battery life is good. Fully Charges within an hour. Has auto shutoff as well. We call it her Iron Man device (cause it light up with bright LED’s ) which she doesn’t mind cause she uses it at home, but not sure you can hide this under clothes unless it is a thick material. Also made an audible buzzing sound, which isn’t too loud by any means, but definitely noticeable, so it is not silent to hide the massage use). Very highly recommended! Only draw back is that it had a unique charging port, so you need to make sure you do not lose the cord, or else you can no longer charge it).

Works really well. Temperature has 3 settings so you can adjust to your comfort levela or needs. Also 4 ways of massage or off. Love the curvature of the device, and so it fits right over my abdomen, to aleviate menstrual cramps.

My significant other purchased this for me for side pain. The heat is adjustable and helps my pain. It also has an adjustable massager. It’s easy to use and charge. I’m so happy he purchased this for me! Great product

I've had it for a couple of months and it works well. I wish it was a liiiittle bit bigger because I use it for my menstrual cramps and want it to cover more of my uterus area. The various vibration levels help with the cramping, too. I also use this for my castor oil pack and the heat helps the castor oil absorb into my skin.

I wear a size 18W and it fits comfortably and has a little more elastic. I am 5'4" and 200 lbs. I think it could go up to a 22W. A 24W is going to be really tight. Anything bigger than that is a no go. The instructions say 16.5 to 37.4 inches, forced conditions 22 to 50 inches.I put it on the lowest heat setting for my back and it works wonderfully. Setting 2 is too hot for me. When you lean back against something it pushes the button and turns the heat up. Wearing it while sitting in the car is a no go.There are 4 heat settings and 4 vibration settings. They work independently of each other. It has an auto shut off so you do have to turn it back on The buckle works good but is not great quality. The device is sturdy and durable. The vibration settings are nice but people can definitely hear them.The battery lasts a good 8 hours. I charge it overnight.I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Decent heating pad but I wish it lasted longer, the battery life is kinda crap. It gets warm though, really warm actually! I don’t care for the auto shut off feature because I have severe cramping so I need it to be on longer than 30min. Design wise it’s ok, kinda sucks when I wear it at work cuz the buttons so easily get pushed if ur leaning on anything. Size is fine. I give it a solid 7/10

*!!The LIGHTS turn OFF!!* I bought this product based on price and delivery time (both amazing!) and didn't realize that the thing lights up! I find this awesome, however some reviewers did not. The seller thoughtfully included a card that popped out as soon as I opened the box with instructions to turn the decor lights on/off. Wanted to note that in case the lights deter you from this AWESOME heating pad!The only other negative comments I saw was with regard to battery life. It's my understanding that it will shut off after 30 minutes for safety reasons. Also worth noting - it's not good to continuously wear heat/cold, give yourself a break in between cycles. Most reviewers said that it will last 1 -3 x 30 min cycles before needing to be recharged. For the power that this thing puts out, I think that's amazing. If you need longer durations, a patch or wired device might be better for you. But the pain relief from 30 minutes is GRAND!I just received this product and I already love it but I will update if need be - it looks well made and the strap is secure and comfortable. I took the advice of another reviewer that said it gets very hot! She said to start low and heat up slow, I started on "2" and it is just what I need right now, heated up very quickly.Finally a note to add that, with shipping, two boxes of three heating patches (6 total patches) would be the same cost as this product. It absolutely provides at least 100% more relief than the patches for me! Love! Would buy as a gift, comes ready to give and will be treasured by the recipient!

Extremely good quality, the strap is stretchy and comfortable. Gets very hot on the high setting. It helps so much with cramping and lower back pain, and the battery will last all day. You can barely notice it under a looser fitting shirt
