The mode doesn't stick on power cycle, anyone else found this ?

I have to reset the lights every time I turn them on. They do not stay on the cycle I have chosen.

What area does Window Icicle cover? Could you place net on glass window, behind vertical blind?

Yes would work fine as long as you had a plug socket near by

How can I connect 2 or more of these lights together?

Do you mean width ways? Or to create more lights in a small space? To me you can run two sets alongside each other the lead is long. If you mean more lights just hang one set then put next set on top spaced out? These hang at around 2m easily. Just use an extension socket indoors, easily done!
