Behringer EUROPOWER EP2000 Professional 2,000-Watt Stereo Power Amplifier with ATR (Accelerated Transient Response) Technology

Brilliant piece of kit for the price. I've had it for just over a year now and have had no problems at all. I'm using it to power 2 PA speakers rated at 600Watts/8Ohms. The only downside I can think of is that it's very noisy because of the fan, but that becomes irrelevant when you start the music!

So far so good... its well made and the sound is clean enough. I've been gigging it 2/3 times a week for a few months now and its behaved itself...Its a hellovah lump though.....good for the arm muscles? :-)) If it proves reliable its great value power amp. buy again? no.. I'd go for the lighter range of Behringer power amps and pay a bit more.

This power amp by behringer is amazing; i have a behringer graphic equaliser hooked up to my alto:zmx122 professional mixer; I wanted sonic sound perfection so decided to use xlr to mono jack leads from mixer to my power amp giving perfect balanced connectivity; pumping a pair of 8: ohm 1200:WATT ekho full range 3:way speakers each speaker has 4:tweeters;1:midrange horn; & 2×15"woofers/box, setting my power amp to 14.5 on the gain dial per channel my alto mixer does the rest adding +10dB from my main mix the amp is just superior in every sense of the word; as heavy as an asteroid from space; looks to good visually; i am sure my ep2000 amp can handle earthquakes; sunamis; hurricanes; & tornadoes & still come on top without a breaking a sweat; I will be getting the big brother to this the ep:4000 ASAP. I have always trusted behringer kit & cannot believe the sonic power this power amp is capable of oh my sweat supernova....

Good amp for the price

I've blown up 8 speakers with this bad boy! Be sensible with your speaker choice and wire in series where needed. This will meet expectations and more. Ps the ep4000 is a speaker punishment device straight from hell! In a good way! Set your gains sensibly on these things. And flip those little switches at the back called clip limiters to the off position for window smashing bass! Awesome seller too! epic delivery times. 5 star!

Arrived in good time, have a 2500 amp and its lasted 10 years only serviced it once so hopefully this gonna be as reliable as the other one
