Work as Expected
I had to use this within a few days of it arriving. I had another such aid which could not get the trailer high enough. In one case I had to use two boards and the trailer aid. This one did the trick with no boards. Though I will take one just in case. The lay of the land is a factor and you never know what siutation you may find yourself. Some reviews state that the unit slips, I did not have that problem. Nor did my mat get destroyed. I tucked the rubber mat up against the tire as far as possible. I then did the same with the aid, force it in there. No slippage and got the tire up on it with no issues the 1st time.

Read This Before Purchasing or Using This or Similar Product
I purchased this brand and model since the curved ramp was the tallest (6 1/2 inches) of the lot listed on Amazon. I wanted to make sure that the second tandem wheel would lift of the ground for flat repair. It did everything well in this regard.However... I see a significant number of customers have posted bad reviews. I too had two instances of the ramp slipping while backing the trailer. The second event tore the mat in two pieces. Finally, I discovered the cause of this issue! Perhaps these customers were dealing with this same situation. While backing up or pulling off the ramp, I of course had my foot on the brake to help moderated speed and movement of the vehicle. Then DUH! I realized that the trailer brakes are also activated when doing this and determined that the tires were pushing and pulling the ramp parts causing slippage and damage. The solution: Disconnect your trailer harness to disable its brakes any time you are using leveling devices. After doing this in my case, I had no further issues. I called Camco to report this circumstance and my discovery, and suggested they add related instructions to the user information. They sent me a complete new unit and it's been working well.Camco doesn't sell a replacement mat for this model but the do sell a separate mat (SKU 44426). Instead of buy that, I had a rubber door mat cut into equivalent sizes and have been using that.REMINDER: Always do that trailer pre-flight check (and replug that harness!) before driving off ;)

Junk
Doesn't work. First of all chewed up the rubber pad. Without the pad it slide when trying to drive tire onto it. I would not recommend this product. By the time I tried it my return window had closed. So now I'm stuck with a product that is worthless. I gave it 1 star but would of been no stars if that was an option.

Really a must have if you have a camper/Travel trailer. Was very easy to use even by myself to change a tire. Fast, easy and light weight. Highly recommend

Product worked well to raise my dual axle travel trailer, BUT......
The product works well. Way higher than the standard Anderson version. BUT...... the rubber mat they included with the riser to help it grip on the ground/conc/asphalt shredded during the first use. I mean it was destroyed. Now you are asking did I gun the truck and cause it to spin under the lifting block? NOPE. I was going about an 1/8" in per hour. Barely moving as I pulled the trailer up onto the leveling block and it still shredded it. By the time I got to the 4th tire, I had barely a 1/4 of the rubber pad left with stings hanging off from where it was shredded. The mfg should include 3 or 4 of the rubber mats. The leveling blocked worked amazing, perfect lifting, but I will and probably you will have to come up with another solutions to allow it to grip the ground. Again they should send more. I will probably find a rubber door mat cheap at Wankermart. To use under the leveling block or order more from the mfg. Either way I am keeping the product and should get use out of it.
