Winsor & NewtonCotman Watercolour Synthetic Brushes, Short Handle, Pack of 7

Excellent brushes at the price point, perfect for my needs as an amateur painter who doesn't require premium products whilst still working on technique.

The bristles are soft and blend watercolour paint very well. I was very happy with the result.

I had to buy Kolinsky Sable brushes for a course I did and ended up switching back to using these. They are an absolute pleasure to use. The bristles hold themselves together nicely, whereas the kolinsky ones I'd bought were much to prone to having stray bristles. Buying another set now for my daughter as these are fantastic value.

Nice little set of brushes. I particularly like the short handles as I bought them for my 8 year old granddaughter who is just branching out into watercolour techniques. I would have liked to have seen a nice fat wash brush with the set but that is my only complaint. Good value for money I would say too.

I bought these to go with my granddaughters watercolour for her birthday. But I trialled them as I liked the case they were in and was unable to find my own rigger brush. I liked so much I have kept them. Ordered another set for my granddaughter.

Looks better than a simple card.

It seems that at last 3 of the brushes have been used and aren't new. I won't lie, it's a little disappointing :(

I love painting with these brushes... great quality and good value.
