Best pump - Value for money
I've used it for 4 months, it's definetely a value for money pump! It's a very quiet pump, with many settings that allow you to choose the best for you, useful for mums that need to pump everyday/many times a day. It's far better than medela's mini electric (that's suitable only for pumping 1-2 times a week) that i've used. It's not heavy at all, like Ameda's blue pump. You can easily carry it to work! Moreover, with the double pump you save much time! Easy to clean and "soft" for your breasts-not painful at all. The last pro is the timer in the pump!Be careful to choose and buy the right flange size seperatelly-as in the package there is a random size of flanges

Life saver, easy to use.
I hesitated to buy it as I was pregnant with my first child. We had left in untouched in case we would feel like selling it. It turns out it is an amazing purchase. It is very easy to use, it feels clean.. it will save your life a few times if you have a blocked milk duct. I express a few times a day and I live this machine. Now I am looking for a mnaual one as this one is perfect for home (silent, led light, efficient...) but you cannot carry it lightly. No regret about buying it, would highly recommend but conscious that it is a costly thing to bug before te birth.J would definitely say buy it because you will need it quickly after the birth but don’t open it until you are sure you can go on the breastfeeding route.

What a great machine
I purchased another well known brand before getting this one and could I tell the difference! This machine is worth the money! (I do wish I had bought the portable version) fantastic and easy to use, the light is handy for those middle of the night pumps. It's so much quieter than others I've used. The tubing is separate so doesn't get dirty or need washing. I did have a problem of leaky bottles but other bottles do fit.

Great dual pump (update) fault developed after 3 months use
This pump performs very well, and the adjustable pump settings help make expressing as comfortable as possible. For comparison, I have used the hospital-grade Medela symphony (at the hospital), and this pump works just as well, at a fraction of the price, and actually has more user-adjustable features than the symphony. I have also used the Medela Swing and the Spectra 3. The Spectra 3 is a great value dual pump that lasted well with frequent use. However, it doesn't have the features of the Spectra S2- no let-down setting, and pump frequency is not adjustable. I personally think it is worth a bit extra money for the S2, as I find I can express the same volume of milk with a lower suction settings and greater comfort. The Medela Swing is convenient for portable use, but is much slower, so I prefer my Spectra dual pump at home.**Update**After three months I still regularly use this pump, but have to make one note about it's durability. My pump has developed a fault that causes it to intermittently turn off during pumping, and it does this anytime it is slightly moved, even very gently. The pump has been handled carefully and not used heavily (twice per day, not exclusive pumping). It does turn back on again, so far.... but it is disappointing that the pump has developed a fault so quickly. It is otherwise a fantastic pump. As a side note, my Spectra 3, while a 'no-frills' dual pump, is still working well after regular use during breastfeeding of 2 children.Due to the electrical fault, I have removed 1 star from my original review. As I said, the pump still works in that it can be turned right back on... but it seems that it could completely break down at some point. I have noticed several similar complaints in reviews on Amazon.com

Not a good pump
Very stressful pump. I just wasted my money. I pump for 4 hours and all I could get was 30ml every time. I just got the momcozy and it has changed everything.

Absolutely worth the money!
We had a medela borrowed from hospital just to see if it could help me and when it actually did i was looking to buy my own pump and after a bit of research we came across this one and when it was mentioned that is nearly as good as the hospital one we decided to give it a go and it didn't disappoint. Suction power is well good, very easy to clean and sterilise and also piece of cake to use. As a first time mom that struggles to breastfeed but i still want my baby to have breast milk I definitely recommend it!

Good machine but could be better
Great machine, it was actually recommended by the infant feeding team at my local hospital and I would say that it’s really good for suction and makes pumping a lot easier than manual pumping. However, a few things to note before buying;- The S2 is not portable, it needs to be plugged in to work whereas the S1 is portable and you can move around with it - not the biggest of deals but would have been useful to know because sometimes it is long plugging in etc.- It comes with size 28mm flanges, the standard size is 24mm, and my size is smaller, so I had to order extra flanges- you have to wash the parts and bottles after every use, which can be time consuming and parts are recommended to be replaced often- so it is a continuous investment especially if you are only planning to use this until your breast milk supply is establishedI feel like I could have gone with a cheaper machine for potentially the same results as there are others on the market that aren’t particularly “hospital grade” but still get the job done
