Is this noisy when squirted from the can, my wife is a light sleeper and I have no wish to wake her whilst doing my daily shave?

Depends on how vigorous you are when shaking the can , sometimes i surprise myself and it shoots right across the bathroom , my wife shakes it for me ! after 35 yrs that's all i have left ! Good luck and enjoy

is this good for slime?

It is ok but after a few uses, the foam becomes liquidy and watery with the foam more or less disappearing. Quite disappointing.
