No I don't think so, for sound only I think and then only if it is compatible.

Hi, i have a head phones which conects only through usb to a pc, will headphones work if i conect it to my Xbox 1 controler through 3.5mm jack.

This is a bit of a puzzler. My husband wanted to use this to connect USB headphones to his computer via the 3.5 jack—it didn't work. We subsequently discovered that this product only allows you to play music on your car audio system using your U-Disk/USB Flash Drive with MP3 decoder. Whether this would work with an X-box is beyond me. However, it might be worth a try, as it's so inexpensive.

Yes the aux cord end will fit into the xbox controller but it depends on what your putting in the other end as I tried putting usb ending headphones in and I could hear stuff but unfortunately it couldn't talk, I hope this helps
