The size is perfect for so many types of meals beside just pasta. Daughter loved them and uses them extensively.

I actually bought these bowls as prep bowls for cooking. They are the perfect size I needed for when I do breading. Not sure what all the fuss is about them not being white,,,THEY ARE WHITE IN COLOR!!! The bowls arrived safely and were really packaged well with foam sheets all around. I would recommend these bowls either for what I wanted them for (prep) or I can see them as an awesome bowl for enjoying pasta!

These bowls are the exact size as advertised. Not too heavy, very nice looking. Deep enough for soup or salad, these bowls are universal. My only concern, they are not white; slight off white.

Perfect size for side dishes. We are a two person home and these well made bowls hold the right amount of food for us. They are pretty and not too heavy. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

These bowls are nicely formed and made with sturdy porcelain. I recently bought decorative bowls from a local kitchen store and had them break easily in a couple of weeks, so I expect to have and enjoy these Maison Neuve bowls for quite a while.

So much easier to have a salad dinner in these bowls vs. a regular plate. They are not too heavy and a perfect portion size for salad bowl dinners.

Was very pleased with this purchase. The bowls were generously protected in packaging; the color is a nice bright white; there were no flaws in the glazing; weighted just right ie: not heavy stone ware, nor cheap ceramic. Definitely worth the price!
