Hi..Is there any heater..?

No heater is supplied but they are cheap as chips to purchase. Ours was a simple plug in and play for around £10 and has never missed a beat in 2 years.

can you get a heater for this, are instrutions good, is it easy to clean the filter and how often?? Thank you.

I think you can buy heaters for any tank. They just stick to the side of the tank and the cable can run through the same slot as the filter. The filter is easy to clean just remove the sponge and rinse in the water. The cartridges just pull out and new one slots in place.
