Is this glue waterproof?

I did not find it to be waterproof, sorry.

My daughter has a blanket for comfort and one corner is getting thread bare and she is now pulling thrrads of would this be safe to use on the blanket

I used this glue for furnishings and not for personal use. I’m unsure if it’s safe for children. Thanks

No not really you only need the thinnest amount excellent glue
