This package does not look like much, but it works well. The drill is close to 1/4 inch. I use it to make wheels of different sizes for toy cars, trucks, trains etc. The wheel is made with a hole in the exact center which is difficult to do if you cut the wheel first and then make the hole. On all hole cutters one problem is recovering the circle from inside the cutter without beating it to death. With this one, I simply remove the tool from the drill press, unscrew the bolt holding it together and tap the drill out with the wood circle attached. simply unthread or pull the disc from the drill bit

Unless you need to cut a hole in excess of 5", this kit includes the necessary blades and accessories that you will probably need for your home projects. It also includes 14mm and 16mm Forstner bits. The blades cut through drywall and plywood with relative ease. Note that the blades are recommended only for use on soft woods and plastic. The kit is reasonably priced and appears to use quality materials. Highly recommended.

It Did what I needed it to do right out of the box. Very pleased.

Get what you pay for I just needed to drill 6 holes for drink holders. The bit comes loose every time you use it the blade wobbles and the nut backs off. The overall set up is junk but if you’re just needing something cheap to drill a hole or 2 it’s ok.

It came having obviously been used and returned by someone else. Missing certain sized blades and the locking slide. Returned.
