Top grade Iberico ham
Absolutely delicious. I checked with someone from the Salamanca area that this was the best Iberico ham to buy - they were so right. There was not lots of it, which you wouldn’t expect for the quality and price, but enough for three people to have a good taste on a cheese, ham and chorizo platter. Professionally packaged.

RECIEVED HAM IS LOWER GRADING THAN SHOWN
We did not receive iberico de belotta black grade as described at time of purchase. A lower red grade was sent. No doubt they hope to do not know the difference. Recieved 20% discount after dispute. It's still very expensive for what we received. The ham was nice though, just not enough nutty flavour of a black label
