Roald Dahl's Matilda the Musical

The new Matilda the Musical film has quickly become a family favourite in our house—we've watched it over and over again, and it never gets old! From the very first scene, we were all hooked. The music, the dancing, the energy—it’s just incredible. Our whole family, adults and kids alike, loved every minute of it.The casting is spot-on, especially Matilda herself—she’s clever, brave, and full of heart. Emma Thompson as Miss Trunchbull is both terrifying and hilarious, and the entire cast brings so much life to this classic story. The musical numbers are catchy and powerful—we find ourselves singing “Revolting Children” long after the credits roll!It’s such an uplifting film, full of important messages about standing up for what’s right, the power of kindness, and believing in yourself. It’s one of those rare movies that everyone can enjoy together, no matter their age.Rating: 5/5 – A magical, feel-good family film that we just can’t stop watching.
