I like it! Works great. I use at home. It could fail eventually, but I’ll purchase another one. Easy to control, cord length is fine for plugging in where I sit for AM news reading, has different temps for keeping my coffee hot. Has a flat lid to put on the hot spot after using.

Great product. Heats up mug very well to 170. I wish it could go higher degrees, but it is worth it for the price. I will be using this always

It's hard to express how beautifully made this coffee warmer is. Smooth, sleek lines and a perfectly placed chamfer surrounding the upper face make it a pleasure to look at, and the solid construction inspires confidence (not a bad impression to get for something built to generate heat!). It keeps coffee perfectly warm and the auto shutoff is reassuring for someone as forgetful as I am. I should mention that my favorite coffee mug is NOT flat-bottomed, but at the highest temperature setting the coffee stays warm.One reviewer complained that the power cord is too short. Well, keep in mind that an appliance that uses electricity to generate heat needs to take resistance into account: the longer the cord, the greater the resistance resulting in lower efficiency. In any case, the power cord is long enough for my purposes: it sits on the edge of a desk and the cord is handily long enough to reach a power strip on the floor below; it's maybe 3 feet long?I've owned several mug warmers over the years, but this one is hands down the best.

This warmer actually works pretty well, the problem with it is that the base isn't very wide, so if you have a nonstandard sized or shaped cup, it won't make contact. The actual functions work pretty well, the settings are 130,150 and 170. I've used the 170 the most, which I wouldn't call "hot" , but it is at a pleasant drinking temperature. I'd like to see a 180 or 190 setting as there's a bit of loss depending on the cup size or base.This product would be perfect for an office where you're using a typically sized coffee/tea cup and where you'd definitely want the automatic shutoff options.
